A two-storey white villa organised around a tall glass volume — gables, balconies and a night-lit arrival.

Challenge. Making a generous contemporary house that still reads as a home, not a showroom.

Design response. The stair glass is the only large gesture. Timber doors, wall washers and a quiet driveway do the rest.
